Everything you need to know about productized software development.
What types of companies do you work with?
We work with companies that are in their early stages or have already grown past them and need custom technology to keep scaling: marketing agencies, e-commerce businesses, service companies with complex operations, and startups that need a robust product from day one. Some of the projects we've built include AgencyBoost (a unified SaaS for agencies), EventGrowth (a multi-tenant platform for live events), DataLite (a BI platform for data analytics), and WealthFit (an online finance course platform). If your operation depends on software and you feel your current tools are holding you back, we're a fit.
How do I know if my company needs its own platform?
There are clear signs. If you're paying for four or more SaaS subscriptions that don't talk to each other (e.g., Notion + Slack + Zapier + Shopify + WordPress plugins), if your team wastes hours on manual tasks that should be automated, if Shopify or Tienda Nube templates don't let you express your brand identity with the design you want or block key features, or if you already have unique processes that no standard software covers — you probably need your own platform. If you're still validating your business model or your operation is very small, standard SaaS will do for now.
How is Alloy different from other solutions or standard platforms?
Shopify, Tienda Nube, and WordPress are great for getting started, but they limit you when you want to scale: limited design templates, transaction fees, impossible-to-customize features. Freelancers are cheap but disappear when you need them most. Traditional agencies are slow and expensive. Alloy combines custom development with continuous support: we build exactly what your business needs and stay to make sure the platform evolves with you.
How much does it cost to work with Alloy?
We work with a two-part model: an initial fee for platform development and a monthly retainer for continuous evolution, support, and improvements. The exact amount depends on the project scope, but we give you a fixed proposal before starting — no surprises. We don't charge by the hour or per ticket: we charge for results and continuity. We offer two support plans, which differ in the number of monthly meetings available to add new features or modify existing ones based on what your business needs.
How long does it take to launch a platform with Alloy?
Much less than with a traditional agency. We work with a modern stack that lets us iterate much faster than traditional development: a functional MVP can be ready in a few weeks and a full platform in a few months. We give you a concrete timeline with clear milestones before we start.
Who owns the code once the project is finished?
You do. The code, the database, the designs, and all the documentation are your company's property from day one. There are no hidden licenses or proprietary dependencies tying you to us. This is one of the fundamental differences from any SaaS platform: with Alloy, you own your technology.
What happens if we stop working together?
You'd already have the complete code, the technical documentation, and access to the entire infrastructure. Any other development team can continue the work without friction. We don't believe in retaining clients through technical dependency: if you stay with us, it's because the service is worth it.
What is Alloy's work process like?
We start with a discovery session to deeply understand your operation and goals. From there, we define the scope, timeline, and deliverables. During development, we maintain constant communication with periodic demos so you validate progress in real time. Once the platform launches, we move to continuous evolution mode: improvements, new features, and support under the monthly retainer.
Can I integrate the platform with tools I already use?
Yes. We integrate with MercadoPago, AFIP, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRMs, ERPs, email marketing tools, WhatsApp Business API, and practically any service with a public API. If a tool critical to your operation doesn't have an API, we look for technical alternatives before ruling it out.
If I want to improve something on the site or system after launch, how do I do it?
You write to us and we handle it. The monthly retainer includes continuous improvements, adjustments, new features, and technical support. For large developments that exceed the retainer scope, we send you a specific proposal before executing. There's no bureaucratic ticketing system: there's a team that knows your platform and responds.
What kind of ongoing support do you offer?
Periodic check-ins with your team to review metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and plan the platform's evolution. We proactively monitor performance, security, and usage — many times we detect and resolve issues before you even see them.
How do you handle security and my company's data?
We apply industry-standard best practices: encryption in transit and at rest, automatic backups, role-based access control, and compliance with local regulations when applicable (AFIP, personal data protection). The infrastructure is under your name, not ours: your data is yours, always.
Can you integrate with the tools I already use (Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.)?
Yes. Alloy Ready builds custom platforms that replace the chaos of multiple SaaS, but when you have legacy data or workflows you cannot abandon (3 years of Airtable, team docs in Notion, a working CRM), we also integrate. Three options: full replacement, partial migration with integration, or integration-only. We define this together in the discovery call based on your reality.
